[Aang had never experienced a kidnapping like this before. He hadn't known Korra for long, but he worried deeply for her. And the moment he head she was alright, he was zipping over to her house on an air scooter and knocking a little frantically.]

[She'll answer the door this time. At this point she's already up and munching on some food. When she speaks it's with her mouth full.]

Hey, Aang.

Korra!

[He quickly wraps her in a hug.]

[She winces because she's still a tad sore, but she hugs him back.]

Hey little buddy, didn't miss me too much?

[He upholds the hug for a moment before pulling back.]

I hope it wasn't too much! But I was really worried about you.

Can't be too worried about yourself, right? But I'm fine. Someone helped me get back.

[It's been really comforting knowing people had worried about her. Cared about her. She tries to blow it off as nothing, but it means a lot to her.]

[Aang gives a slight chuckle, her humor helping to assuage her worries.]

That's good to know. I'm glad you're okay. Who was it who helped you?

He was a [cute] boy named Billy. He had some cool healing powers. [And a nice butt.]

Really? I don't think I've met him, but I'll thank him if I do for looking out for my next life. [He still does feel a little worried - if she saw someone's healing powers, something might have gone wrong. So he tries to talk a little quietly.] But they... did the Malnosso take anything from you?

No. Nothing that I can think of.

[There's some relief yet. If she still has her bending... that puts off one fear her developed during her kidnapping. But what he heard from that tree still lingers.]

I... I guess that's lucky. I've heard about this kind of thing, but it hasn't happened to people I know since I've been here. I wasn't sure what to expect, if they would have changed you, but I guess they don't always do that. At least you're still yourself.

Yeah. Guess I'm lucky. Just ended up with cuts and bruises.

[And then she tore open her knuckles at the barrier, but Billy fixed that.]

Good. And I guess that Billy guy was able to heal thpse?

[He nods.]

Have you been settling back in well?

Yeah, I guess. Sokka brought me muffins.

That was real nice of him. I actually brought you something, too.

You did? [She brightens up a little. She likes things for her.]

Yep! It was something I thought you'd really like.

[He reaches into a bag (~~that he was totally carrying this whole time and remembered to grab as he was rushing over~~) and pulls out... this hat, which he holds out to her.]

Here.

[She reluctantly takes it in her hands, and gives the pink, fluffy hat a stare. Uh...]

Thanks? [Aang what did you just give her?]

[...Does she have to? With a grumpy sigh she frowns and puts it on for his sake. Saying no to that face would have been hard. Saying no to yourself is weird.]

It looks great, Korra! I bet it'll attract lots of ineresting guys for you!

Yeah... thanks.
[But she doesn't want to attract interesting guys. Not like this. This is the bad kind of interesting. She takes it off.]

I don't... think it's my color, Aang.

Oh, I'm sorry. I thought pink looked good with Water Tribe. But I'll try to find you a better one, then.
